Other options on the menu are roast chicken, jerk chicken, seasoned rice, sea food (depending on the season; crab, lobster, shrimp etc.). What truly sets this backyard cookout apart is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the locals.
Optional activies include touring the farm while picking fresh seasonal tropical fruits. See sugar cane, a variety of pineapple plants, guava tree and starfruit etc.
