Terms of Service
By accepting the terms and conditions at time of purchase of service you (the Client) agree to the following:
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of date of purchase between Finesse Vacations ("The Contractor"), and the Client with respect to the engagement of the Contractor’s services by the Client. The Client and the Contractor are sometimes individually and collectively referred to herein as the “Party(ies).” For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Parties, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required within twenty-four hours of the requested booking in order to secure the reservation. Payment can be made via Paypal or by direct deposit. If you wish to make a direct deposit, please request our bank account info via e-mail. All deposits are non-refundable with the exception of poor weather or a cancellation on the part of Finesse Vacations Jamaica. In the event of that which may prevent tour activities, the full amount of deposit and any amount paid thereafter shall be returned to customer.
The responsibility of Finesse Vacations and/or its representatives and/or its agents is limited. Finesse Vacations acts only as an agent for the passenger or tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours and other services. Finesse Vacations claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or schedule change due to weather, or any other cause beyond Finesse Vacation's control. We will make every effort to safeguard our guests and their personal property, but cannot be held responsible for personal events beyond the tour operators control, or to damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside the touring program. The Contractor acts in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any agent, hotel, or any other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays. We therefore advise all customers to have comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies. Finesse Vacations will also assume no responsibility for any act of negligence or omission whatsoever, by any company whose services are used as part of packages provided. Finesse Vacations reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise.
Payments & Refunds
Rates are quoted in USD inclusive of taxes and are correct at time of publication. Prices may be subject to change at the discretion of Finesse Vacations .Finesse Vacations Jamaica accepts US Dollars, Canadian, Pound Sterling and Euro as currencies for payment. Payments may be made with cash, direct deposit, or via Paypal. The Customer shall receive a 70% refund if cancellation terms and conditions are complied with. (30% remainder of funds is applied to non -refundable deposit with the exception of poor weather or a cancellation on the part of Finesse Vacations Jamaica. If customer fails to comply with cancellation terms, absolutely no refund shall be due. There is absolutely no refund for no-shows and those who wish to cancel upon start of tour.
Parties who wish to cancel their bookings must do so at least forty-eight hours prior to scheduled tour in order to be eligible for a refund. Please see refund conditions. Finesse Vacations will send the guest reminder notices leading up to the day in order to provide chances to opt out ahead of time. Finesse Vacations Jamaica reserves the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but are not obligated to, substitute another tour operator and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement made on part of Finesse Vacations Jamaica.
Notification of Changes
All information in the website is subject to change. Finesse Vacations reserves the right to alter/change/correct mistakes that may possibly appear in the website or published price lists.
Other Terms & Conditions
Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and in order to do so we maintain strict quality monitoring. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your tour package, we want to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident arises. If you are unable to do so at the time, you must advise Finesse Vacations via e-mail within 48 hours after the event. If you fail to do so, this may jeopardize your right to compensation. In case customers are still travelling, we can extend the contact to our office for up to 5 consecutive days after the event, as long as customers can prove that they were still travelling ( ex: plane tickets, hotel reservations) All information in the website is subject to change.
Finesse Vacations may refuse to carry a person whose behavior is detrimental to the enjoyment of other parties within a group. By travelling with Finesse Vacations, you agree to accept the authority of the guides and accept their decisions. Our staff members are entitled to a safe working environment and our passengers to a safe trip. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour. If a guide requires a passenger to leave the vehicle, no refunds will be given and that passenger will be responsible for his/her own travel costs and arrangements from that point.
